Dr. Lester Bouchard is the owner and General Manager of Healthy Lifestyle LLC. Dr. Bouchard attained a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance and a M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. Dr. Bouchard was also awarded a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Health Education from Florida State University. Dr. Bouchard is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Hypnotist and an award-winning Instructor. For the better part of the last three decades, Dr. Bouchard has researched, studied and taught students and clients how to improve health and human performance to achieve personal goals.
